This quilt is hand pieced of solid, plaid, striped, flowered, geometric, and dotted fabrics in orange and multi-colors. The fabrics are all Japanese. The batting is polyester. The binding is hand and machine stitched white fabric with mitered corner. The quilt is tied with cotton embroidery thread. The backing is machine pieced lavendar polyester fabric.
Mrs. Wall had hand-pieced and machine quilted quilts that she kept them in barrels. When she needed money, she would offer to sell one of her quilts to Eugenia Mitchell.
